  • All of our private doctors work with us on a permanent basis. They are all appropriately qualified and experienced to work in both the NHS and in private medical practices / the independent healthcare sector. All doctors are registered to practise in the UK.

  • Our team speak 9 languages including, English, Persian, Farsi, Turkish, Azeri, Polish, Urdu, Russian & Kurdish.

  • You can book an appointment with our easy online system any time of the day through our website or over the phone on 02072 89 89 89 / 02920 48 68 68 during the clinic opening hours.

  • Yes. We keep appointments open each day for same day emergency appointments however these can get filled. If possible, phone ahead and book appointments in advance.

  • Pre-payment is required. Please look at our Terms and Conditions. We accept cash and all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

  • Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. If you do need to cancel, there will be no charge if you give us more than 48 hours notice from the appointment start time. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

  • You can stop any course however all money is not refundable.
